A Unity Built on Experience: ThermalCraft Nashville Opens Its Doors

The Strategic Southeast Expansion Brings Together Proven Leaders

At ThermalCraft, growth has never been about size or revenue alone. It’s about strength of relationships, execution, and trust. That’s why our expansion into Nashville isn’t just a geographic move to the Southeast. It’s sparked a reunion of proven professionals who share our commitment to execution and partnership.

This month, we welcomed Gavin Lowery and Evan Dahl as Managing Principals. Gavin will lead our new Southeast operations. But “welcomed” doesn’t quite capture it. This is a team that’s worked, built, and delivered results together before.

Why Nashville, Why Now

The Southeast’s construction market is experiencing unprecedented growth. But market opportunity alone doesn’t drive ThermalCraft decisions. Relationships do.

When you’re building something special, talent finds you,” said Dean Soll, Principal of ThermalCraft. “Gavin and Evan bring something unique, not just experience, but a proven ability to navigate complex builds and large projects. Their track record exemplifies the ThermalCraft culture. No bravado, just results.

The Nashville office is already at work on a Taylor Farms renovation in Maryland and an Amazon Fresh DC in VA.

Built on Shared Values

“I’m thrilled to join a team of like-minded professionals who understand the critical nature of thermal specialty contracting,” said Gavin Lowery, Managing Principal of ThermalCraft’s Nashville office. “This isn’t just about opening a new location, it’s about extending our proven methodology and building Crafted Teams that understand what’s at stake in every project.”

At ThermalCraft, we stand for more than just construction. As Dennis Pack, Principal, puts it: “We represent expertise, reliability, and a deep commitment to collaboration and true partnership. Our goal is to be more than a contractor; we strive to be a trusted partner who brings precision, consistency, and teamwork to every project.”

“I simply can’t wait to help and continue to build something special at ThermalCraft ,” said Evan Dahl. “The band has officially gotten back together.”

What This Means for Our Clients

Steven Hansen, Principal, captures what drives us: “I want our customers to feel a sigh of relief when they know we are on the project. We want them to feel like ThermalCraft made their job easier, not harder. At the end of the project, they should feel confident, respected, and relieved.”

With the Nashville office now fully operational, clients across the Southeast gain:

  • A Principal and team located closer to East Coast projects
  • Local expertise with national resources
  • The same systematic approach that makes ThermalCraft different

The Path Forward

Since founding ThermalCraft in January 2024, we’ve done more than install insulated metal panels. We’ve built a team that resets expectations. As we enter this new chapter with our Nashville expansion, one thing remains constant: Excellence is never accidental, and neither is this reunion.
