Absolutely! Our ThermalCraft field teams are as experienced as our Principals and are ready to mobilize where your project is located.
Material lead times have shortened over the past few years, so they are no longer a concern. However in our industry (and especially ThermalCraft), we tend to "book out" our crews well in advance. As a rule of thumb and when feasible, we would recommend 3-6 months. Alternatively, we love to work miracles, so if you need someone you can count on ASAP, don't hesitate to reach out.
The more project information the better; floor plans, elevations, details and specs are all great to have. We are experienced conceptual estimators and can price large projects with minimal information (floor plan only) providing a number you can count on as competitive AND all inclusive.

In today's design and construction world, imp's are used for aerospace, automotive, battery manufacturing, self-storage, and dry goods distribution projects. If it has insulated metal panels we are the sub for you.
Our average job size is around $1M, but we love a $100K or $10M all the same.
Our Principals have 35, 16 and 15 years of thermal specialty contracting experience.

This varies with project size but the range is 4 to 35.
You will be working with the Principal that estimated the job and an assigned Project Manager.
