What makes a(our) brand?

As we recently launched a new website, a refreshed logo (yes, a refresh after 12 months), we thought it apropos to discuss branding in general and our brand specifically. Does a logo make the brand? Do advertisements make the brand? Does sponsorship make a brand? In this blog, you might learn a thing or two about building a brand. You will 100% learn what the ThermalCraft brands stand for.

A Brand Is Not

A brand is not your name, it is not your logo, it is not a tagline, it’s not a website, a t shirt or a hat. A brand is not how a company perceives ITSELF. I have represented a company that perceived its brand very differently than what customers think and feel.

A Brand Is

A brand is the perception of your customer. It is what THEY think of you. It reflects HOW you do things: the way you speak, the way you write, the people you hire, your quality of work, etc. It’s the entire customer experience of buying your product or using your service. It’s the PROMISE your customers know they will receive and benefit from.

The ThermalCraft Brand

In an industry where precision means everything, ThermalCraft wasn’t built on chance. We were built on purpose—deliberately assembled by bringing together the finest minds in thermal specialty construction. Our Crafted-Team represents the perfect fusion of seasoned experience and fresh perspective. We’re not bound by “that’s how it’s always been done.” We are confident, collaborative, straightforward and we empower our team to execute. We may be the new name in thermal construction, but we’re bringing generations of expertise to every project. That’s not just a promise—it’s our foundation.

Conclusion

Branding comes down to developing a level of trust in an organization’s product or service. We can be trusted to start (and finish) the project on time, we can be trusted to build it right, and we can be trusted to deliver all the above at a fair price. Can your thermal contractor be trusted?
